Okay, this one just screams summer in the best way possible. Light, fruity, subtly floral from the honey, and honestly one of the easiest syrups I’ve ever made. This Honey Peach Latte was highly requested after I posted the syrup on IG—and I knew I had to give it a spot in my Home Cafe Series.
Frozen peaches, a little honey, some water… and boom, you’ve got sunshine in syrup form. I love this drink over ice (especially on a hot morning walk with Brodie & Bagel), but it’s just as cozy served hot. I also decorated my cup with a little peach drizzle and added cold foam because duh. That’s the Mallory way. ✨

Ingredients:
Frozen peaches – Using frozen makes this recipe extra accessible and keeps things sweet and juicy year-round.
Honey – Brings that warm floral sweetness and really plays off the peach flavor beautifully.
Water – Helps thin the syrup into a drizzle-able, sippable texture and extract all the juice from the fruit.
Milk of choice – I love whole milk or oat milk here for creaminess that complements the peach.
Espresso – Balances the sweetness with rich, bold flavor.
Optional cold foam – I mix 3 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tbsp of the peach syrup for a fluffy topper that’s sweet and dreamy.
