This Honey Peach Latte is the ultimate summer coffee moment—made with a simple homemade peach and honey syrup that’s sweet, floral, and fruity. Perfect hot or iced!
Combine the ingredients: Add 1 cup frozen peaches, ½ cup honey, and 1 cup water to a saucepan.
Simmer & smash: Bring to a low boil, then reduce to simmer for 10–15 minutes. Use a spoon to smash the peaches as they soften.
Let it steep: Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to pull every bit of flavor.
Strain: Pour through a mesh strainer into a jar or syrup bottle, pressing on the solids to extract all the juice. Discard the solids or save them for a smoothie!
