Ingredients:
Oreos: The true star of this easy no no-bake oreo dessert. This recipe uses oreos for both the crust and as a topping (I remove the filling and press just the cookie onto the top of the cheesecake).
Melted butter: Unsalted melted butter (any brand works).
Heavy Cream: If you are feeling extra lazy, you can swap for whipped cream to save a step.
Cream Cheese: This must be at room temperature
Granulated Sugar
Sour Cream: This must be at room temperature
Powdered Sugar: Also known as Confectionary Sugar
Pure Vanilla Extract

Creamy & Delicious No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 23 Oreos
- ½ c melted butter
- 1 ¼ c heavy cream
- 24 oz room temperature cream cheese
- ½ c granulated sugar
- ¼ c sour cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse 15 oreos into fine crumbs.
- Mix in the melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8 baking dish. Freeze until the cheesecake filling is ready.
- Using a stand mixer, mix on high the heavy whipping cream for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the whipped cream into a different bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the granulated sugar.
- Once fully mixed, add in the sour cream, powdered sugar, & vanilla extract. Mix again until smooth.
- Gently fold in your whipped cream mixture.
- Transfer the mixture onto the frozen oreo crust.
- Add on oreo halves to the top. Refrigerate for 6- 8 hours.
