1/2 cup salted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup dark or light brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup tahini
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour (see note for alternative)
1/3 cup coconut flour (or additional almond flour)
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup crush graham crackers — gluten free (I used Pamela’s)
1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, honey.
- /4 cup dark or light brown sugar
- Once combined add in the egg and vanilla. Fold in the flour(s), baking soda and salt.
- Then gently fold in the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 5 minutes.
- Pull out & bang on the counter a few times to flatten. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Once done, if it is still really puffy, bang on the counter again. Let rest for 20 minutes before transferring
