Easy Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal Recipe for A Nutritious Breakfast
Ingredients
All of the ingredients you need to make this amazing recipe
- 2 ripe Bananas– the more brown they are, the sweeter the cookie will be!
- 2 c Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 scoops Protein Powder — I used vanilla
- ¼ c All Natural Peanut Butter — the kind with 2 ingredients we want it to be runnnnny! peanuts + salt
- ½ tsp Baking Powder *optional
- ½ tsp Cinnamon *optional
- ½ c Dark Chocolate Chips *optional
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350°F
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork
- Add in oats, protein powder, cocao powder, peanut butter, & maple syrup
- Mix all of your ingredients to form the dough
- Add in chocolate chips, if desired
- Pour mixture into a lined 8×8 baking dish
- Bake for 15-18 minutes
- Slice & Enjoy!
