Super Easy Three Ingredient Smores Dip (With VIDEO)
Ingredients
- 1 small cast iron skillet 6 inches in diameter
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 marshmallows (For an extra chocolatey twist, you can use the chocolate-stuffed STUF marshmallows!
- 10 graham crackers, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer the Chocolate: Spread the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of your cast iron skillet.
- Add the Marshmallows: Arrange the marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips, making sure they’re evenly distributed. If you’re using chocolate-stuffed marshmallows, leave a little section of regular marshmallows for a delicious mix of flavors.
- Bake: Pop your skillet into the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown. If you like a charred top, switch to the broil setting for the last 30-60 seconds. Keep a close eye to avoid burning!
- Cool: Remove from the oven and let the dip cool for about 5 minutes. This helps the chocolate set just enough so it doesn’t ooze out too quickly when you dip.
- Dip and Enjoy: Break apart your graham crackers and start dipping into that gooey goodness. Enjoy every bite!
