It’s still August, and despite the internet already lighting pumpkin-scented candles, I am firmly in my summer fruit era. Peach season is too good to let slide by without giving it the spotlight. This recipe is my love letter to those juicy, golden peaches—paired with cinnamon rolls (because why not) and topped with a buttery oat crumble.
Here’s the thing: this recipe looks like you spent hours in the kitchen, but the secret is store-bought cinnamon rolls. They bake up soft and fluffy underneath the fruit, soak up all those peachy juices, and make this dessert taste like it came from a fancy bakery. You can serve it warm for breakfast, brunch, or dessert—with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you really want to lean into indulgence.

Ingredients:
Peaches – The star of the show! Sweet, juicy, and in season during summer, they bring a fresh, bright flavor to balance the richness of the rolls and crumble.
Light Brown Sugar (for peaches) – Adds a deep molasses sweetness that pairs perfectly with the fruit and helps create a syrupy filling as it bakes.
Lemon Juice – A splash of acidity brightens the peach flavor and balances the sweetness.
Cornstarch – Thickens the peach juices so they don’t make your rolls soggy.
Unsalted Butter – Brings richness to the crumble and helps it bake up crisp and golden.
Light Brown Sugar (for crumble) – Sweetens the topping and gives it a warm, caramelized depth.
All-Purpose Flour – Helps bind the crumble and gives it structure.
Old-Fashioned Oats – Add texture and a classic “crisp” feel to the topping.
Cinnamon – Warm, cozy spice that ties the peaches and rolls together.
Store-Bought Cinnamon Rolls – The ultimate shortcut! They save so much time, yet still taste bakery-worthy when baked with fresh fruit and crumble.
