Pre-heat oven to 375.
In a bowl, mix together melted butter with granulated sugar.
Then add in two eggs (one at a time).
Then mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, & milk.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Toss 2 tbsp of flour with fresh or thawed frozen peaches.
Then fold into the batter.
Put your muffins in a lined muffin tray.
Now letβs make the best part: the streusel. Combine melted butter with sugar & flour. Add on top of the muffin batter.

Large muffins: 32-35 mins
