Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon fine grain salt
  • ½ cup crushed Oreos
  • ½ cup M&Ms
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Add butter to a saucepan over low to medium heat and brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat once golden and nutty. Let cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, mix brown butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar for 2 minutes.
  • Add egg, egg yolks, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • Fold in flour, cornstarch (if using), baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in Oreos, M&Ms, chocolate chips, and sprinkles if using.
  • Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  • Scoop into 24 balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  • Cool and enjoy.
