Ingredients:
Flour: I used all purpose flour, but whole wheat or your favorite GF substitute will work
Cocoa Powder: You can also use cocao or regular cocoa powder
Baking Soda
Salt
Coconut Oil: Can swap for greek yogurt or your favorite oil
Syrup: Can swap for honey, agave, or maple syrup
Vanilla Extract
Egg: Flax egg works too
Shredded Zucchini: This is about one grated zucchini
Overripe Banana: Great way too use up your overripe nanas!

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- â…“ cup dark cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1/3 cup date syrup*
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 overripe banana
- ½ cup nut milk
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350°F
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, date syrup, vanilla extract, & egg
- Once fully mixed, add in zucchini, banana, & milk
- Slowly fold in the dry ingredients
- Add in your chocolate chips
- Pour into a parchment-lined bread pan
- Top with extra chocolate chips *if desired
- Bake for45-55 minutes
- Allow the bread to sit for one hour
- Slice & enjoy
