Ingredients:
Cream Cheese: Cream cheese serves as the creamy base of this dip, giving it a rich and smooth texture. Its mild flavor pairs perfectly with the other ingredients, helping to balance the tanginess of the marinara sauce and the spiciness of the hot honey. Cream cheese also helps the dip to set well, making it easy to scoop up with toasted baguette slices.
Sour Cream: Sour cream adds a subtle tanginess and creaminess to the dip, complementing the richness of the cream cheese. It lightens up the texture, making the dip smooth and velvety. The slight acidity from the sour cream also helps to cut through the richness of the cheese, adding a balanced flavor profile to the dish.
Marinara Sauce: Marinara sauce brings a burst of tomato flavor and a touch of acidity to the dip, which enhances the overall taste. It adds moisture, making the dip easier to scoop, and creates a beautiful red layer that’s visually appealing. The tangy and slightly sweet notes of the marinara also contrast nicely with the creamy cheese layers below.
Mozzarella Cheese: Mozzarella cheese is the gooey, melty element that makes this dip so irresistible. When baked, it creates that classic stretchy, cheesy pull that everyone loves. Mozzarella’s mild flavor blends seamlessly with the other ingredients, making it the perfect cheese for this dish.
Parmesan Cheese: Parmesan cheese adds a salty, nutty flavor that elevates the taste of the dip. It has a slightly sharp bite that complements the creamy mozzarella and tangy marinara. Parmesan also browns beautifully when baked, giving the dip a delicious golden crust.
Pepperoni Slices: Pepperoni slices are the star of this dip, providing a spicy, savory punch that pairs perfectly with the creamy and cheesy layers. The pepperoni crisps up slightly when baked, adding texture and a burst of flavor with every bite. It’s the ultimate topping that gives this dip its pizza-like quality.
Hot Honey: Hot honey is the secret ingredient that takes this dip to the next level. The sweet heat from the honey complements the salty pepperoni and cheesy layers, adding a unique flavor twist. The drizzle of hot honey just before serving gives the dip a mouthwatering sweet-savory finish that keeps everyone coming back for more.
French Baguette: The French baguette serves as the perfect dipper for this dish. When sliced and toasted, it becomes crisp and sturdy, ideal for scooping up the cheesy, gooey dip. The mild flavor of the baguette doesn’t compete with the dip’s bold flavors, making it an essential part of this recipe.
Olive Oil: Olive oil is used to coat the baguette slices before toasting, helping them to crisp up beautifully in the oven. It adds a subtle richness and a touch of Mediterranean flavor. Olive oil also enhances the overall texture of the bread, making each bite satisfying and crunchy.
Pizza Seasoning: Pizza seasoning is what gives this dip its authentic pizzeria flavor. Whether you use a pre-made blend or mix your own, this seasoning typically includes oregano, basil, garlic, and sometimes chili flakes. It adds depth and complexity to the dip, making it taste like a classic pepperoni pizza in a creamy, dippable form.
Salt and Pepper: Salt and pepper are essential for seasoning both the dip and the baguette slices. They enhance all the flavors in the dish, making sure each bite is perfectly balanced. A little bit goes a long way in bringing out the best in all the ingredients.

Storage Instructions
- Storage: If you have any leftovers (which is rare!), you can store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the baguette slices separate to maintain their crunch.
- Reheat: To reheat, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish if it’s not already in one. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. You can also reheat individual portions in the microwave on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
