Ingredients:
2 eggs – at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil – or your preferred oil
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoons baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate chips

- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vegetable oil – or your preferred oil
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with the granulated sugar & brown sugar.
- Once combined, add in the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, & milk.
- Then carefully fold in the flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- Then add as many chocolate chips as your heart desires (we never measure chocolate chips).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let sit for one hour before slicing!!
